Quality in order processing
When a customer places an order, we do not simply print the logo on the promo item and ship the goods. In the first step, the print is approved by the customer through a digital proof. After that, in most cases, customers receive an approval sample of the giveaway with the desired advertising imprint. Only after the final approval of this sample does the main quantity go into production. Once the goods are produced, quality control is carried out by trained employees in our incoming goods department. The majority of orders go through our warehouse, so a goods inspection takes place before they reach the customer. The result: a low complaint rate.
Quality in time management
We are realists and always want to ensure a happy ending. Because we always keep an eye on delivery times, our deadlines are binding. We know that not everything in the world of promotional articles runs smoothly. Therefore, we plan ahead. And if something does go wrong, our open error culture and our complaints management ensure increased customer satisfaction.

The packaging of the promotional item is not just an accessory, but serves both to protect the giveaway and to enhance the overall appearance and its impact on the brand image. After all, a promotional item should primarily be one thing: a gift. For this reason, we always ensure that the packaging of the promotional materials is neat and includes all legally required information and product labels.
