What delivery times should I expect for a promotional item production?
The delivery time for promotional items is very individual and varies from giveaway to giveaway. For standard promotional items available from stock, the delivery time is approximately 3-4 weeks after approval. Custom-made items often require more time. Depending on the product and production location, the production and subsequent transport time can take up to several months.
I received more items than the ordered quantity. Why is that?
Due to technical reasons, there may be over- or under-deliveries. Since each promotional item is individually manufactured or printed for you, we reserve the right to deliver up to 10% more or less.
What data is needed for printing?
It is best if you provide us with high-resolution or vectorized data of your logo or the desired print motif. Additionally, we need information on color values, e.g., according to Pantone.
If you do not yet have your print motif, you are welcome to use the services of our Design Center. Based on your CI specifications, we can create logos, key visuals, and entire advertising concepts for you.
What is a sample of approval?
If a customer's order is received, we do not simply print the logo on the promotional item and deliver the goods. In a first step, the print is approved by the customer through a digital proof. After that, in most cases, customers receive an approval sample of the giveaway with the desired advertising application. A real, tangible giveaway on the basis of which production takes place. Only after the final, binding approval of this sample by the customer does the main quantity go into production.

What are the return conditions?
Since promotional items are custom-made special productions, the goods are excluded from exchange/return. However, should there be any defects in the goods, we are always here for you and will try to find a positive solution for you. This can be, for example, a repair or a replacement delivery.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Advertising items are usually refined or printed goods. The setup of the machines for logo printing, etc., by our suppliers is only carried out from a certain quantity. We also have to accept these minimum quantities. The minimum order quantity depends on the item. For giveaway items, we have higher order quantities than for high-priced premium gifts.
Do you have storage facilities for my promotional items?
As part of our promotional items full service, we also offer the storage of promotional items. Sufficient storage space is available for this purpose.

The legal requirements and regulations that must be observed in the production of promotional items are as varied as the world of promotional items itself. For example, the Product Safety Act (ProdSG) is one of our daily companions. Depending on the type of giveaway, further guidelines must be observed. But don't worry - we are here to ensure that your items are produced, packaged, and delivered in compliance with the law.
