The Scholz Promotion Service GmbH is a full-service provider in the field of promotional products and advertising materials, established in 1921. Together with our clients (medium-sized and large companies), we develop three-dimensional advertising media and support them in the areas of online shop fulfillment with our own web stores and subsequent logistics.

We are looking for a:

Product and Project Manager (m/f/d) Sales and Marketing

Your area of responsibility:

  • Independent development of concepts, support, and consultation of customers internally, online, or on-site.
  • Planning, controlling, and handling of individual and complex customer projects, together with the customer, our teams, and external service providers – suppliers.
  • Presentation and positioning of our services to customers and prospects.

Your skills:

  • A degree with a focus on marketing, sales, business administration, or alternatively, a very good commercial education with an advanced additional qualification.
  • Industry knowledge in the areas of development, design, and production of advertising materials, retail products, e-commerce, and logistics is advantageous.
  • Perfect knowledge of the German language, as well as very good English skills in both spoken and written form, are a basic requirement due to our global customer and service structure.
  • High contact and communication skills, empathy and teamwork ability, curiosity, continuous willingness to learn, and desire for further development and qualification.
  • A reliable, structured, and goal-oriented working style, resilience and flexibility, even during peak times, as well as a hands-on mentality.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, ERP, and DMS systems. Advanced interest in new digital media and applications.
