We are aware of the challenges posed by the increasingly pressing climate issue and the associated ecological and social impacts. As a result, we want to actively contribute to decarbonization. Because we know: we only have this one Earth and want to protect it as best as we can. With the help of our partner natureOffice, we determine all relevant greenhouse gas emissions in our CCF (Corporate Carbon Footprint). This way, we know exactly which business processes cause how many CO₂ emissions. Fleet, energy, and other resource consumption are continuously scrutinized and analyzed. This information flows into our annual CO₂ balance and forms the basis for future measures.
On this basis, we can continuously improve and aim to reduce our CO₂ footprint every year. We offset CO₂ emissions by supporting a natural forest reforestation project in Togo. The preservation of nature in our homeland is also very important to us, which is why, in addition to the CO₂ offset project, we support a forest ecology project in the Black Forest.
